Screencast Training and Online Tutorials
We provide a service to companies where we will create tutorial walk-thrus for services or software. These movies, often called Screencasts follow the instruction with animated on-screen view of the action. For example, if your company has just introduced a new piece of software for your customers or for your employees, a good way to demonstrate it or train this software is with an a screencast. Interested individuals can easily watch the screencast of this demonstration online.
The production value is important for many videos in order for the viewer to follow the action without distraction and to take it seriously. However, often a simple no-frills demo can be just as valuable, so we suggest make a decision on a case by case basis. We offer two pricing models for our screencast production services.
Basic Screencast Production Package
The basic screencast is essentially a voiced walk-thru demonstration video of the computer screen produced as a no-frills final movie. The movies can be created as one long running piece up to 10-minute segments. Or can be chopped up in smaller pieces such as 45-seconds to 1-minute. Basic titling is added to the front of the videos. No music bed is added, no pop-ups, but a clear articulate voice is used to explain throughout the video.

Basic Package Pricing
$100 for first minute of production and setup, $25 per additional minute of recorded program. Given this rate, for examples, a 5-minute screencast would cost $200. A 10-minute screencast would cost $325

Advanced Screencast Production Package
The advanced screencast is one with more thorough attention to adding additional learning features, editing, music bed and more. An advanced screencast still essentially a screen demo of a presentation, but where helpful, popup bubbles, link URLs, graphics and audio are added giving the video a polished quality.

- Optional client-provided music bed during full program or placed at key points for emphasis.
- Added pop-ups, web link URLs, additional explanation, pauses, transitions.
- Added graphics such as diagram overlays to serve instruction or product demo.

Advanced Screencast Package Pricing
$200 for first minute and $40 each additional minute. For example, a 10 minute advanced screencast is priced at $560.
